Jennifer Badry came to Key West in August of 1991 to complete a college internship. Her Uncle thought it would be a nice buffer into the real work world.  Well it's nearly 2006 and Jennifer is still buffing, not quite ready to enter 'real' work world.

Six summers ago, Jennifer began creating jewelry for fun and pleasure on her husband's farm in Nashville. She was inspired by the intense colors blended by nature and the

changing seasons. Returning to Key West in the fall, brilliant, lush tropical colors gracing the island were reflected in her hand crafted jewelry, and a pleasurable hobby grew into a business.

Jennifer's studio is situated on the Gulf of Mexico. Literally. A two-story houseboat (much like that of Tom character in Sleepless in Seattle) houses the studio and her two cats

Herbert Hoover & King Tut.  French doors open to the aqua waters, which inspire and rejuvenate her creative energy, and allow for a quick swim with dolphins, manatee & pelicans. 

In the past 5 years, she has traveled to 16 different countries, bringing back with her a cornucopia of new inspiration, and materials to work with.  Selecting findings from all corners of

the world; Carnelian, Pearls & Turquoise from China; Sterling Silver from Bali & Turkey; hand crafted Swarovski Crystal beads made in Austria, glass from France & the Czech

Republic, and Labradorite from Canada, make global unity one in Key West.
